Petrov Trunkov is a fictional character appearing in the 2000 Disney animated film, The Emperor's New Groove.
Trunkov is a cheerful, if somewhat oblivious, elderly man who lives in a simple village. He is notable for his role as the accidental "savior" of Emperor Kuzco, who has been transformed into a llama.
Unbeknownst to Trunkov, Kuzco, as a llama, falls from the cart of the villainous Yzma. Trunkov finds the llama, names him "Mr. Fuzzy," and takes him home, intending to care for him. This act, though born of kindness and naivety, inadvertently sets Kuzco on the path to return to his palace and reclaim his throne. Ultimately, Trunkov is a minor but memorable character symbolizing the good that can be found in ordinary people.
